Last updated: May 6, 2026
Kept4 helps users preserve memories, values, photos, possessions, family notes, and generated story materials. You are responsible for the content you add and for choosing who may access it.
Kept4 may help draft personal letters, legacy notes, and organizational materials, but it does not create wills, trusts, beneficiary designations, or legally binding estate documents.
AI output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or phrased in a way you would not choose. Review and edit generated content before sharing it with family or relying on it for important decisions.
Only invite people you trust. A family member with access may see the information you share with them, including stories, possessions, and notes connected to your archive.
Paid plans are handled through Stripe. Subscription plans renew unless cancelled. Monthly plans can be cancelled any time. Annual plans are eligible for a refund within 14 days of purchase. Lifetime gifts are refundable within 14 days if the recipient has not claimed the gift.
For beta support, billing questions, access problems, or refund requests, email support@kept4.com from the email address connected to your Kept4 account.
Do not use Kept4 to upload illegal content, violate another person's privacy, impersonate someone, harass others, or store information you do not have the right to provide.
Before broad public launch, these terms should be reviewed by counsel so they match the final product, refund policy, data retention policy, gift flow, and business entity setup.
